SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of products purchased from Julia M Home & Kitchen (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via julia-m-home-kitchen.myshopify.com (“Site”). By placing an order through the Site, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Restrictions1.1 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders submitted with such addresses will not be processed.
2. Shipping Methods and Processing Times2.1 Orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.2.2 Handling time is estimated at one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday through Friday).2.3 Transit time is estimated at three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.2.4 All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise specified at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates3.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the total value and/or weight of your order and the delivery address provided.3.2 The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking4.1 Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.4.2 If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a reasonable period, please contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com.
5. Estimated Delivery Time5.1 While we strive to deliver all orders within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of shipment, delivery may take up to seven (7) to nine (9) business days in rare circumstances.5.2 Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, and holidays.5.3 No deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
6. Order Modifications6.1 If you wish to make changes to your order, you must contact us immediately at support@juliamlifestyles.com.6.2 Please note that custom and pre-ordered items cannot be modified or exchanged for other designs once the order is placed.
7. Non-Receipt of Items7.1 If your order’s tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received the item, you are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to resolve the issue.7.2 Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Julia M Home & Kitchen is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.7.3 If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com for further assistance.
8. Shipping Invoice
8.1 A detailed shipping invoice will be provided with each order, outlining the price, quantities, and shipping charges, where applicable.8.2 For clarification regarding payment or shipping, please contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com.
