We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we just ship within the United States.

Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days. (Monday – Friday) using USPS.
Handling time: 1-2 day (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 3-5 days (Monday – Friday)

Order changes:
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.
Item not received:
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at support@juliamlifestyles.com.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take 3-5 days to be there. In extremely rare cases, it may take up to 7-9 days. Like you, our valued staff likes to enjoy life as well. As such, the only times we can’t deliver are Sundays and Public Holidays.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Period Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their item (“Return Period”). Requests made after the Return Period will not be accepted.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Circumstances for Returns
2.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us at support@juliamlifestyles.com within seven (7) days of delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
2.2 ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.
2.3 Change of MindReturns or refunds for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with color, size, or texture, are not accepted.
2.4 Order CancellationOrders are processed promptly. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@juliamlifestyles.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items (as specified at the time of purchase)
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
