Choose a simple handle, a sculptural finger-hole design, or a compact mini cup to suit your setting. Warm wood tones add rustic, Nordic-inspired character to your drinkware display.
Natural character, distinctive shapes
- Made from rubberwood with a varnished finish.
- Styles include Single Hole, Double Hole, Hook Cup, Straight Handle Cup, Mini Cup, and Turtle Shell designs in small and large options.
- A Large Double Hole Cup option is also available.
- Each cup style is sold as the selected option; the display stand is not listed as included.
Care
Before first use, the supplied instructions advise a brief soak in warm salt water, followed by a warm-water rinse. Keep away from high temperatures and direct sun exposure. Do not soak in acidic liquids or use for cooking.

1.1 Return Period Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their item (“Return Period”). Requests made after the Return Period will not be accepted.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Circumstances for Returns
2.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us at support@juliamlifestyles.com within seven (7) days of delivery, including photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
2.2 ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.
2.3 Change of MindReturns or refunds for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with color, size, or texture, are not accepted.
2.4 Order CancellationOrders are processed promptly. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@juliamlifestyles.com. We will attempt to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
3. Non-Returnable Items
