RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.1 Return Period Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their item (“Return Period”). Requests made after the Return Period will not be accepted.
1.2 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Circumstances for Returns

Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
2.2 ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@juliamlifestyles.com. Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.
2.3 Change of MindReturns or refunds for change of mind, including dissatisfaction with color, size, or texture, are not accepted.
